The next butter on display is Country Crock Plant Butter Avocado Butter. This butter is free of dairy, but loaded with lots of other ingredients that people may be sensitive to. Such as; palm, soy, and pea protein. However, this is a plant butter that holds up against any use. It spreads, cooks, and bakes great. You can use this plant butter as a replacement for regular dairy butter in any recipe. This plant butter has become a cooking staple in my house due to its versatility and flavor. The consistency is not as dense as other plant butter. It is more oil-based therefore making it melt quickly and easy to cut through. The Country Crock plant butter almost always has the workability of room-temperature softened butter. Which is great for being able to use it right out of the fridge, but makes it not a good candidate to leave out on the counter, especially in an area that gets direct sunlight or heat; as it will start to melt. Aside from that one minor setback, it is the best overall for its availability, price, and versatility.
